The cleanliness of the linen was the only saving grace of the room. The value proposition of the hotel is definitely centered around the customer service, as the administrator went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. However, the lack of amenities such as free toiletries and a sitting area made the stay less comfortable than expected. the outdated decor and lack of modern amenities like a flat-screen TV or free Wi-Fi made it difficult to relax after a long day of work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option, but those seeking luxury may want to look elsewhere.
